DuPont has a Human Resources Manager position available, in our Engineering, Facility Services and Real Estate Division
The HR Manager for Integrated Operations – Engineering & Facility Services and Real Estate; (Eng & FS&RE) will  report directly to the HR Director, Global Integrated Operations and will be located in Wilmington, Delaware.    
This position will require a person of vision, integrity and commitment, strong HR expertise, solid business acumen, as well as substantial leadership and influencing experience, maturity and judgment. Human Resources Manager –  Eng & FS&RE will represent HR on Global Senior Leadership Teams for Eng & FS&RE and will be a member of the Extended HR Leadership Team (HRLT).  
 
Overall Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To: 
  • Providing full range of strategic HR services for the Global Eng & FS&RE organizations.
  • Partner with Eng & FS&RE leaders and their line organizations to plan and implement the human capital strategies in the function and broader Integrated Operations organizations.
  • Plan, develop and coordinate HR initiatives in support of strategic goals.
  • Communicate HR programs and implications, adapt programs as necessary to client organization needs within defined program boundaries, and assist management in implementing HR program changes.
  • Lead and direct Talent Development and Talent Management programs and processes within the functions and as a team member within the overall Integrated Operations organization.
  • Actively coach and counsel line management in a variety of Leadership, Human Resources and Employee Relations situations; including acting as an employee advocate as needed.    
  • Be the direct HR Business Partner for approximately 300 managers and professionals in the U.S.
  • Collaborate with regional HR leaders to implement global HR programs and provide support for managers and professionals located in countries outside the U.S.
  • Facilitating and enabling line management’s ability to lead change processes.
  • Coach and Supervisor to HR consultants that provide direct HR support to the Eng & FS&RE organizations.
  • Establishing and maintaining appropriate systems for measuring effectiveness of HR programs in driving organizational performance

Qualifications

In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
  • B.S./B.A. Degree with at least 10 years of Experience in Human Resources - Experience as an HR partner
  • Strong leadership skills and experiences. 
  • A passion for people with a strong interest for talent development and talent management  
  • Demonstrated ability to translate broad business direction into leadership initiatives in collaboration with peers and line leaders.  Ability to adapt the direction to the needs of the specific organization.
  • Strong interest and capability in talent development and talent management  
  • Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience for effectively interacting with all levels of the organization.
  • Change management skills and experiences – strength in communications and championing change
The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit: 
  • Experience as an HR partner, a leader or support role for a large organization.
  • Experience with multi-location and multi-functional organizations
