Determining root causes of deviations in process, product or equipment performance through use of troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis Completing individual duties with a high degree of dedication to safety and environmental stewardship. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent Previous experience in extrusion and/or blending technology, manufacturing, the military, or a related environment is highly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft applications (such as Word and Excel) preferred Ability to perform basic math High attention to detail Follow procedures and practices to ensure a safe and efficient operation The following are preferred: Associate degree or higher Other technical or manufacturing certifications Proficiency in SAP Forklift experience in addition the following requirements must be met with or without accommodation: Willing and able to work the night shift (6pm-6am), including overtime as needed Willing and able to lift 50 lbs.
