We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fluids Area Leader to join our innovative team at the LIVEO Healthcare site in Hemlock, Michigan. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a dedicated team, including 3 direct reports and 17 indirect reports, focused on the manufacturing of life-enhancing and life-saving materials that are critical to the medical and biopharma industries.

Your key responsibilities:

Qualifications:
3+ years relevant experience in Manufacturing such as: EHS, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Reliability, Technology, HR, Finance and Continuous Improvement
2 years’ experience in direct people leadership this includes previous military leadership experience
Experienced Six Sigma/Lean practitioner with demonstrated results
BS, Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, preferred; Business or Finance degrees
