Job Description

Responsibilities:
 

l  Achieve target on Silicone sales revenue, profitability and share position at the targeted PV accounts.

l  Understand PV market trend and competition dynamics

l  Work together with India PV sales manager, jointly develop and maintain good relationships and partnership with decision makers at all appropriate levels within the accounts.

l  Drive effective implementation on new products qualification for targeted customers at given timeframe.

l  Work closely with demand/supply chain team to meet customer’s demand

l  Work with technical and marketing team to drive and capture the growth opportunities at the key accounts.


Job Qualifications

Qualifications:
 

l  Education: Bachelor degree or above on materials science and chemical

l  Good key accounts management skills and proven solid record on managing key accounts.

l  Over 5-8 years solid sales and business development experience. PV industry experience would be preferred, Can pick up PV key accounts sales responsibility immediately.

l  Result oriented, and setting high goals for result, remains self-disciplined and using measurement methods to monitor progress toward goal attainment.

l  Self-starter with strong initiative.

l  Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.

l  Having high level team work spirit, can develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.

l  Having cooperate key accounts management skill and experience is preferred and plus.

l  Excellent written and spoken English.

l  Highly frequent travel in India is required.
